Emanuel Shimoni, Israeli consul general in Philadelphia, on the proposed 2.3 billion dollars in US aid, which includes at least 1.5 billion for the purchase of arms in the United States, 100 million for a new defensive line in the Sinai, and 300 million to cushion the loss of the Sinai oil wells returned to Egypt.
